I have worked in the restoration industry as the Contents Production Manager for nearly 2 years. I am responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work while adhering to policies and procedures regarding remediation. This includes, but is not limited to, supervising crew members and other employees on job sites, as well as packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities, assisting with the inventory of site contents, set up of emergency services equipment and preparing contents for storage. My team and I adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling. My certifications include Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) certification, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) and Odor Control Technician (OCT). Prior to that I worked as a Staff Engineering Aide where I was responsible for the transformation of initial rough product designs using various Autodesk products into working shop drawing packages.
