Kimberly oversees the Bureau of Competition’s Honors Paralegal Division, which plays a crucial role in supporting each of the Bureau’s conduct and merger litigations and countless investigations. Since joining the agency in 2015, she has spearheaded the expansion of the paralegal headcount, and developed new resource allocation strategies to ensure that the availability of paralegal expertise keeps pace with the agency’s rigorous competition enforcement efforts. Kimberly also spearheads the Bureau’s outreach efforts to law schools across the nation to attract and retain skilled interns and entry-level attorneys, in addition to managing and coordinating the Bureau’s lateral attorney hiring. Kimberly is passionate about creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment, where she advocates and supports her staff, fosters collaboration, and builds trust. She is the two-time recipient of the FTC’s Excellence in Supervision Award, and also the recipient of the A.
