Coordinate all department function for Voice Services Team. Established and maintain up to date E911 database. Act as a liaison between the university departments and the technical staff. Assigning work orders to the appropriate staff. Complete moves, adds, and changes when staff is not available. Answer calls from the user community. Provide end user support and training. Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed. Work with other departments in gathering information so the voice services team can effectively complete work. Update several databases with accurate information. Schedule and manage the conference calendar for the entire University. Maintain office supply inventory. Schedule and execute projects.
