I am a recently retired middle school assistant principal, where I served for six years. I previously taught elementary and middle school students for 19 years: Six years in elementary education, eight years teaching gifted middle school classes, and from 2015 to2021, served as an assistant principal at a middle school. I have recently served as a university instructor of teaching candidates. I write for our local newspaper and have written content for several publications and websites.
