I have over 30 years experience in a manufacturing environment working in multiple areas of Finance and Cost Accounting. I have expertise in Product Costing involving not only standard costing, auditing, and general accounting. but also as it relates to Data Management, Industrial Engineering and general product data. I have experience in labor and overheard analysis and rate creation in addition to bill of material development. I have worked closely with all departments in the manufacturing process to effectively drive costs and production cohesion and best practices. I have been involved with cost development and value analysis projects as well. I also have experience with Inventory as it relates to cost accounting, manufacturing production and general manufacturing financial closing procedures. I am also familiar with budgeting, negotiating, and multiple other areas due to my role in government. I have served on multiple boards and commissions throughout my tenure both for government and not for profit organizations. One major role I continue to serve in the community is in Public Relations and community relations. I have strong communication skills in addition to public speaking experience. I have experience in Community building as well as leadership skills.
