 Provides support to The Home Depot’s HR Service Center with excellent customer service to our contact center associates, and field partners. Researches and evaluates timely resolutions for associate escalations including pay, leave and other Human Resource transactions. Preforms transactions to correct pay, leave, and system issues, documents the resolution, and communicates final resolution with all parties. Identifies, escalates, and reports on complex pay, HR related issues or trends. Assists with special projects to support or implement process improvements. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert with new processes and training initiatives. Manages conflict resolution for our associates regarding any HR transactions and policies. Supports our Specialty Support team with flexibility to assist where needed to ensure our associates and field partners receive quality service with timely resolutions.

As part of the HR Service Center, working to provide excellent customer service to The Home Depot associates though inbound calls. This includes resolving issues related to pay, leaves of absence, and all other HR related concerns. Identifies and documents concerns and processes the transaction or creates cases to escalate for further review. Handles high call volume while ensuring associates needs are met with compassion and professionalism
