Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals. Keeps records of insurance coverage, pension plans, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.Responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resources department including recruiting/staffing, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits and training and development; providing effective HR advisory services to the partners, providers and staff. Support the clinical and administrative teams through collaborative management of clinic operations to ensure effective, efficient delivery of high-quality services. Also responsible for all administrative aspects of the clinic, and bridging communication between leadership and clinical staff.

Leader primarily responsible for the business office operations of the community.Responsible for attracting, engaging, developing and retaining the community associates necessary to provide high quality care and personalized services to our residents, while minimizing the use of premium labor (in conjunction with HR department in a CCRC). Supports Executive Director in driving profitable growth and complying with operational processes and regulatory requirements.Ensures effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors and other visitors to the community. Ensures that residents are properly billed for services provided and leads the timely collection of receivables. Responsible for overseeing payroll process to ensure that associates are paid correctly. Ensures that vendor invoices for goods or services to the community are billed appropriately and are processed for payment on a timely basis. Supports an inclusive community culture.

Work as the liaison for admissions, their families,clinical and administrative staff. Obtains applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information, verifying and clarifying information, interviewing patients and family members, and explaining admissions criteria. Manages the on boarding of staff and patients. Process prior authorizations with insurance companies.
