-Built and currently oversee database with client and plan specific information-Run quarterly fee benchmarking reports on an annual basis for 25 plans each quarter-Administer and present recordkeeper RFP's for 401(k) plans, Non-Qualified Plans, ESOPs, and Defined Benefit plans-Assemble and refine RFP templates for each plan type

Implemented daily activity groups for residents at a 40-resident-capacity facility including music therapy, mindful walking, crafts, cooking, and video game groupsAssisted staff during off-campus outings with resident support, activity implementation, and safety for residents Led and participated in daily shift report meetings with staff and weekly care-consult meetings with interdisciplinary team of nursing, counseling, and resident servicesTrained on medication administration, verbal intervention, and various psychological health needs

-Assist Membership Service teams with programs and events for members on home game nights-Connect with guests and members throughout the night to ensure a pleasant experience-Staff the Member VIP Door-Set up and break down Premium Seating and Club spaces-Assist with implementation of ticket promotions, rewards, and redemptions

-Review and interpret life insurance policy illustrations, statements, and policy information for 75 policies a month-Act as a point of contact and provide daily support for clients regarding policy analytics and details-Maintain accurate, detailed records of all activities that occur on policies and client accounts-Respond to entry level client inquiries about completed policy review reports-Prepare correspondence for trust grantors and beneficiaries

-Revise, update, and restructure employee manuals and training documents to create an easy transfer of knowledge-Coordinate events in athletic spaces, music hall, and theater-Assist event hosts with planning process through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails-Schedule student staff for events and office hours ensuring adequate coverage-Prepare setup reports for professional staff's weekly operations meeting with service providers-Correct setup information for events based on notes from operation meetings and send corrections to service providers-Train new student staff members in office expectations and procedures, 25Live, Social Tables, and event space technology-Conduct interviews for student staff members and give recommendations to professional staff during hiring process-Conduct one on one progress meetings with student staff-Work with student organizations to plan events, meetings, and tabling-Lead all staff biweekly meetings-Monitor and assess End-of-Shift reports from Event Ambassadors

-Staff events to serve as a resource for event hosts, checked AV systems to ensure they worked properly, and checked event setup -Confirmed events by calling or emailing event hosts-Anticipate and troubleshoot issues and event host requests at events-Perform liaison duties between Hamline service providers and guests-Communicate problems at events with supervisors

-Plan and execute practice plans based on previous games-Connect with parents regarding concerns -Manage games by providing coaching, encouragement, and critiques to players-Attend all games and tournaments
