I have been a Registered Nurse since 1987, and have spent the last 18 plus years in the cardiac medical device field. I currently work as a Senior Remote Services Specialist. I review patient interrogations with customers done on our Consult remote interrogation system. I also do video chats to assist device clinic staff with programmer/device questions with our Heart Connect system. I worked as a Field Clinical Representative prior to my current position for 18 years. I worked with Sales Representatives and other Field Clinical Representatives, and train physicians, nurses, patients, and Field Clinical Representatives. I have a national IBHRE certification in cardiac devices.The thesis for my Master’s degree was focused on adult learning as it relates to staff training and development.My past experience also includes nursing supervision, cost containment, inventory management, and process improvement. My patient care experience has been with critical care, cardiac, diabetic, renal, geriatric, and post-surgical patients. I am empathetic, a good listener, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
