Experienced Vice President with a proven track record as an SME in Municipal Finance, Capital Budgeting, Risk Management and Strategy. Most recently Kimberly served as a VP-Senior Analyst in the US Public Finance Group at Moody's Investors Service. Prior to (re) joining Moody's, Kimberly was the Head of the Municipal Credit Risk team at Dexia Credit Local and also spent time as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.Kimberly is a current Board member and Co-President of Northeast Women in Public Finance. A past recipient of the following honors: Bond Buyer's Rising Stars, Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy Outstanding Young Alumna award and Top 40 under 40 by The Network Journal.Kimberly holds a BA from University at Albany-SUNY and MPA from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy (University at Albany).
