Commercial transactions

Promoted after 14 months from Contract Admin Associate to National Accounts, Contract Admin Specialist, I am now the main point of contact for all contracts related to accounts valued over $25k per year. I work with all departments including Legal, Sales and Marketing, to ensure that our contracts meet client, business and company audit requirements. I also serve as a backup to our Billing team, and work with IT and Accounting on reconciliation and other projects.

Started as a part-time employee and within 12 months became a full-time employee who oversaw almost all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. I was responsible for Customer Service, Accounts Receivable including cash application and collections, training new employees and coordinating delivery drivers. I also served as "IT" and resolved issues with the company's operating system, and contributed to the company blog.
