As the Marketing Manager, I was responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of the company’s overall marketing strategy and helped successfully position the company’s brand throughout the 14 vertical markets they serve. I managed the creation, execution, and analysis of all email campaigns and company videos, as well as all internal and external marketing materials and presentations. I managed all aspects of Salesforce analytics, including the creation of all dashboards and reports. On an annual basis, I organized and executed over 75 company events including trade shows, the company sales meeting, and special occasion parties. I also specialized in designing 2d and 3d fitness center layouts utilizing MS Visio, AutoCad, and EC Design.

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, part of my job was to research and compile market data, to help us gain a better understanding of the marketplace. I was responsible for researching, identifying, qualifying, and entering new leads into their CRM(Salesforce) and I managed all incoming leads for the sales team. I monitored and managed all RFP and bid submittals, including all bid site subscriptions. I was also in charge of all company software licenses and managed all company, vendor, and 3rd party contact lists.

As a Project Manager, I coordinated projects for a defined territory of sales reps. I set up new customers and jobs in their ERP system (QuickBooks) and placed equipment POS to vendors. I worked closely with vendors and 3rd party installers to ensure customer timelines were met. At the close of a project I calculated the commission for the sales rep utilizing job profitability reports in their ERP system (QuickBooks).
