Responsible for managing all events for the Enrollment Management division, as well as, ensuring that all visitors to the department receive impeccable customer service. Aspects requiring supervision include: required staffing per department, budget, food and beverage, facilities, and outside vendor support. Develop internal and external evaluations for all events and coordinate feedback into improvement initiatives. Supervise Campus Visit Coordinator and Moravian College student tour guides. Develop new events agreed upon by the Vice President for Enrollment Management and the Executive Director of Admission. Create and present regular training workshops for the Enrollment staff and tour guides. Establish and manage annual budget.

Recruited and managed multiple territories with prospective students to enroll at Moravian College through admission and financial aid counseling. Represented College at events/college fairs, as well as, interviewed prospective students. Advisor to the student tour guide association. Was responsible for coordination and execution of all Admission events. Represented Admission office on multiple campus committees. Highest ranking undergraduate counselor in office.

Reported directly to Director of Admissions and Director of Transfer Admissions & Student Retention. Responsible for heavy recruitment and application review of a territory. Oversaw student workers in office. Informed prospective students and parents about academic programs, admissions requirements and financial aid through large information sessions. Planned and scheduled on campus and off-campus events, open houses, and coordinator of all Accepted Students Days to market the college’s tradition and quality. Designed and traveled an extensive travel schedule every fall season to visit with prospective students at their high schools and college fairs. Advisor of Twenty-Six Points Organization in the summer of 2011. Served as Alumni Liaison.

Reported directly to Executive Director. Directed and supervised all programmatic operations of the center to ensure compliance with quality standards, and budgetary restrictions. Recruited, hired, and supervised one full-time, two part-time, and numerous volunteer staff. Maintained and submitted client level of service reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
