Currently manage projects for DTS IT Analysts who are assigned to the Department of Government Operations, Division of Administrative Services. I manage 8 developers who develop and maintain several systems for Finance, Payroll, Loans, Fleet Operations, Surplus, State Purchasing, Administrative Rules, Debt collections, Risk Management and DFCM. I provide Project Management supervision and oversight for the developers including task assignments to ensure deadlines are being met, mitigating scope creep, and mitigating issues that arise within the projects. As one of the main points of contact for DAS agencies I help them with any issues they have with their systems being down or are experiencing slowness, database issues, internal and external interface connections, firewall rules, and setting up User Access and VPN access for contractors. Manage 6 Senior Business Analysts on a New Technology Team.
