Kimberly joined McIntyre builders in 2001 as an office administrator, payroll coordinator, and controller. In 2010, she assumed the responsibility of chief draft person and cost estimator. Using Softplan® Architectural Design Software, Kimberly designs custom homes for McIntyre Builders' customers. Each McIntyre Builder’s home is unique in design and built to the customer’s specifications. The needs of the customer are Kimberly’s top priority. Listening to customer’s ideas and incorporating them into their house design is one of Kimberly’s specialties. Diligently working from the first draft to the production draft, Kimberly makes changes based on her customer’s feedback reassuring customers that making changes during the design process is typical and leads to a smooth building process.
