Over 10 years of Customer Service Experience. Two of which working in Retail as a Sales Associate in a department store. I organized the sales floor, provided excellent customer service, boosted credit card sales, and became apart of the Presidents' Club. Four of which I've demonstrated a history of working in the financial services industry, again providing superior customer service, and helping my teammates, which resulted in several promotions. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, 10). In my current role I have several Direct Reports in which I supervise, create schedules, provide feedback, as well as motivate to encourage personal and professional growth. I am also responsible for interviewing potential candidates with an interest in joining our department. In the future, I plan to obtain an MBA, and continue to move up within my organization.
