- Serve as primary division communications specialist, which includes coordinating communications for up to 1100 employees at all levels of the organization; providing website content editing; and preparing a wide variety of correspondence, reports, blog posts, communications and presentations for various internal/external audiences, including FRB boards of directors and executive management.- Serve as training coordinator for large-scale HRIS implementation, including customizing and creating curriculum for local classes and teaching hundreds of staff on new HRIS using various video platforms.- Direct, facilitate and manage projects and project teams, and supervise organization's HR data analytics function and staff.

Oversee the documentation and coordination of auditing and business continuity compliance programs. Ensure effective communication and reporting between HR staff, internal and external auditing and business continuity professionals.- Oversee administration of RIF programs. Ensure compliance with required policies and procedures and regulations, including the administration of separation benefits and retention incentive programs and outplacement counseling for RIF programs in the local office. In addition, manage accounting process for separation benefits and retention incentive programs for RIF programs in the head office.

- Administer and oversee the Human Resources program, including recruitment and selection; training; safety; workers’ compensation; payroll coordination; budgeting; organizational development and strategy consultations; downsizing, reorganization and centralization programs; severance pay program coordination; outplacement counseling; compensation analysis; policy development, interpretation and implementation; variable pay program design; benefits counseling; employee relations; performance management; progressive discipline program; equal employment opportunity and diversity; pre-employment testing, including drug and psychological testing; and organizational communications, including content on organization’s intranet website and organizational publications.- Direct, facilitate and manage project teams.
