As a clinical Coordinator, former Regional Manager, and Intraoperative Neuromonitoring technician at US IOM LLC, I applied my expertise in intraoperative monitoring (IOM) to oversee the delivery of high-quality neurophysiological services to various hospitals and surgery centers in the Southeast region. I have a BS in Medical Imaging from Emory University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Mississippi University for Women, which equipped me with the technical and managerial skills to lead a team of certified neurophysiologists and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. I have over 14 years of experience in IOM, working with leading healthcare organizations such as Gwinnett Medical Center, IntraNerve Neuroscience, and Phoenix IOM. I have performed and supervised IOM for a wide range of surgical procedures, including spine, brain, vascular, and ENT surgeries, using advanced techniques such as EEG, EMG, SSEP, MEP, and VEP. My core competencies include IOM, neurophysiology, team management, quality assurance, customer service, and communication. My mission is to provide safe and effective IOM services that enhance patient outcomes and reduce surgical risks.
