I practiced law for approximately 2 years in Nashville, TN. I left the practice of law to become a public middle school teacher in Northern New Jersey. During this time I was able to fulfill my dream of teaching in other countries. I moved up into administration quickly, and have spent five summers as an administrator for three private programs in the United Kingdom and Switzerland.I held a summer position teaching an SAT Preparation course at TASIS American School in Surrey England and went on to serve as the Director of Activities. I spent six summers in this role. After my position in England, I spent the end of the summer as the administrator of an SAT program run by Studyworks Educational Services at Leysin American School in Leysin, Switzerland. I concurrently taught the SAT course while I hired and managed the staff, was responsible for budgeting and contract procurement, served as a liaison with college faculty, and dealt with the overall management of the summer course. I recently accepted a position with British Study Centres where I served as the Course Director for the American Program for one summer and most recently, the Area Operations Manager for the United Kingdom Program. During the school calendar year I have been working as a middle school teacher of mathematics in a public school system in New Jersey. I have experience with curriculum writing, data analysis, tutoring, and various other daily activities.Specialties: SAT training, Administration for Private Language Programs, extensive experience in mathematics at the middle school level, insurance defense and employment law experience.
