Hello all, I'm Kimberly also called Kim. I will answer to Kimberly or Kim. I am a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and a Facilitator. I currently teach yoga, pilates and a abdominal blast class. Health and fitness is my passion. I began my journey doing aerobics videos more than 20 years ago and not long after I started weight lifting as a hobby. As my passion grew into more than a hobby, I wanted to share my amazing fitness journey. So in 2009 I went back to school and I received an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies for Personal Trainers. In 2010 I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I currently hold a Yoga Teacher certification thru the Academy of Holistic Fitness. A Group Exercise Instructor certification from the YMCA of the USA along with a Cardio & Step, Pilates, Cycling certifications and a Facilitator for Healthy Lifestyles Behavior Change program. I have completed training for Wellness on a Shoestring Program Facilitator for The Wellness Connection. Facilitator for Chronic Disease self management program created by Stanford University. From the Missouri Arthritis center I have received training for Arthritis Exercise class. I have received Silver Sneaker teacher certification by Healthways. I have also received certification for Practical Nutrition for Fitness Professionals. With all that I have learned and still learning my passion continues to grow. My hope is to share my journey and knowledge with everyone that chooses to seek Health and Wellness.
