Cognitive Development Center is responsible for providing counseling and casework services to patients of ALL ages who are in need of assistance with behavioral problems or mental health issues. Our responsibilities include assessing patients' mental status through interviews and/or observations, and then developing treatment plans to appropriately assist each client on an individual basis. We also make community referrals to the appropriate services when necessary or required. CDC also provides crisis intervention services to patients who are a danger to themselves or others. Mental health specialists & professionals monitor each patient's treatment progress throughout the week and keep track of his or her mental status.
