As the associate vice president for career and alumni success, I led student career preparation, industry relations and alumni engagement strategies in collaboration with a dynamic team of nearly 50 career and industry relations professionals. Together we empowered students to launch and advance their creative careers while creating a life-changing experience. We contributed to the 99 percent alumni employment rate for five consecutive years. With a master’s of education degree in higher education administration, I have served in progressive leadership roles in college student development for more than 17 years, and I found my career purpose in connecting the most talented creative students with the world’s leading brands alongside a dedicated team.
