I continue to administer and support many of the applications at the University, but my focus is now on the academic side. I am the admin and tier 2/3 support for our LMS Canvas, lecture capture and video management Panopto, Zoom, and Respondus Lockdown testing security application. I manage our student printing system Papercut and worked with our vendor and library team to create a contactless printing workflow.

I am primarily focused on supporting the University's core user applications, account provisioning and lifecycle, and deployment and support of web services. The systems I administer run on a variety of Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems. I administer the University's Perceptive Content implementation and assist with the deployment of Perceptive Content document management to departments across the University. I am an administrator for the University's Google Suite for Education which provides email and document storage to students and alumni. I piloted the University's Livestream implementation alongside our Web and Media Services teams, and continue to support the University's larger Livestream events, such as commencement. I manage the University's Equitrac student printing solution from the backend servers to the application and database, to all hardware including Multifunction Devices, Pay Station Deposit Centers, and a PayPal deposit portal. I deployed the current implementation of Equitrac 5.5 from the ground up with direction and assistance from Nuance and Xerox. Other products I assist in managing in this role include Exchange, VMware vSphere, Networker, Visix Digital Signage, Sharepoint, Kurzweil 3000 and Firefly, and ownCloud. I have also supported the University's survey administration through Limesurvey as well as a custom scripted implementation. I was responsible for managing library systems such as Primo, Metalib, SFX, Voyager, EZProxy, and DSpace while the University was in search of a new Systems Librarian.
