Equity in Practice is an educational organization that is dedicated to ensuring that educators are provided with the tools necessary to be equitable practitioners. We specifically partner with educators within K-12 schools in efforts to dismantle oppressive systems such as, harmful disciplinary practices, instructional programs that lack cultural competency and awareness, and exclusive school culture frameworks. The overall mission is to promote equity in action beyond theory.
