CurrentTransitioned to manage the T-Mobile account in Southern California and Nevada for a provider of services that protect, connect, and let customers enjoy the latest tech by solving common and uncommon tech issues.• Travel extensively to establish and own innovative go-to-market and account growth strategies and associated key initiatives to maximize subscriber growth and minimize churn to meet and exceed financial and growth targets.• Developed strong relationships with client partner executives, field, and store operations leadership to ensure alignment of objectives and provide education, training, and support for 600+ retail stores in the region.• Provide direction and support to the corporate and indirect sales channels with T-Mobile retail accounts to understand the product and maximize attach rate to legacy Sprint consumer and business customers. • Partner with T-Mobile to assess, support, and enhance the customer experience, identify opportunities, and propose solutions to change the game and/or close the gaps between current services, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
