Improve efficiency and transparency within the sales department, develop and maintain work process and reporting metrics, assist Business Development and Strategic Marketing in special projects, Logistics Coordinator for the SII Process Analytics (PA) Customer Advisory Council, PA Lead for the SII PI&A Mobile Showcase, and PA Houston Facility Diversity Council Lead.

Manage all marketing related tasks for all of the offices including, but not limited to case studies, newsletters, tradeshows, social media, advertising, collateral, promotional material, information seminars, public relations, marketing campagins, etc.

Generate small quotes using existing bill of materials from MAPICS database, or generate one from a drawing.Work with suppliers to ensure updated prices and available stock.Research obsolescence and work with Engineering to quote a solution.Serve as communication liaison with vendors and customers, and work with internal departments to complete formal quotes.Perform computing, report writing, filing, and maintenance of quote/contracts records for executive review.
