With 25+ years Facilities Services experience, I am a full-service coordinator for all aspects of a construction and relocation project. I work with Management on space planning and work flow analysis to create an overall project plan. I work with a host of professionals, vendors and contractors to coordinate construction of a space and the relocation details of computer equipment, furniture, phone system and employee contents during a project. With Management involvement, I provide effective communication to employees regarding safety issues, scheduling, packing and moving instructions. Employee meetings and written instructions keep projects on track and everyone working together to reach the desired goals.
