• Responsible for contacting vendors to sign up for the gift show to sell their handmade or commercial products in the Denver market. • Manage sales calls, update vendors on any changes to the show and make sure the vendors know the building requirements for move in-move out.• Build strong relationships with the vendors so they return to future shows.• Administrative tasks such as emailing packets to the vendors, loading boxes to be shipped to the show and organizing filing cabinets.• Work with the building/venue regarding any changes or requirements for extra staffing.• Travel to the show to handle move-in and deal with vendor issues throughout the show.• Make TV appearances to promote the vendors and the show.
