By embracing and implementing various types of training (coaching, e-learning, classroom training, job shadowing, workshops), I ensure that employees are able to successfully meet the challenges of their job. I have demonstrated strong skills in leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, executing plans, excellent communication and workflow optimization as both a L&D Manager and a Project Manager of software implementations.
