• Work jointly with HRBPs as a point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment. • Partnered with staffing agencies to streamline recruitment processes and secure top-notch candidates. • Facilitate training sessions to proficiently onboard and acclimate new managers to the intricacies of the recruiting and onboarding process. • Conduct operational and administrative portions of the hiring process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork)• Address administrative inquiries from employees, directing them to self-service portals or HR Shared Services/Benefits.• Input and maintain employee data in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
