Coordinates grants and special revenue from federal, state, local, and private funding sources. Works collaboratively with URA and the City of Pittsburgh staff, public and private financing sources, developers, and neighborhood organizations; to prepare high-quality grant applications, reports and evaluating documents, budgets, and schedules; monitors.

Supported the fundraising goals of the Development Department by leading and implementing the grant process related to foundation grants, public grants, and corporate support. Managed donor data integrity from gift management, acknowledgments, to gift reconciliation with the finance department.

My responsibilities included grant proposal writing; maintaining social media accounts; updating website content and design; digital and print communication materials (presentations; media releases, fact sheets, etc.); special event management; database management (pulling mail lists, e-mail marketing, data reports, etc.); volunteer relations and some IT.

Provided pre-event, on-site, and post-event assistance with annual galas, quarterly luncheon events, parties, and small community-based fundraisers. I worked with a team to execute all planning, coordination, promotion, and communication efforts to ensure that each event had a successful turnout.

I was hired as temporary support for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's. My role focused on engaging, recruiting and assisting the Alzheimer's Association, Pittsburgh Chapter with the event. I applied most of my time developing and sustaining relationships with volunteers, clients, and vendors.

Responsible for fulfilling recruitment quotas by telephone prospecting for market research studies.

I supported the Business Cares team staff with creating presentations and researching volunteer projects for larger corporations such as BNY Mellon.

I worked at ChoiceStream Inc. as a Marketing intern in the Summer. Although this was a temporary position, I had the opportunity to work with clients like Zappos and Dunkin Donuts. I would prepare weekly updates on market and social media trends.
