Current• Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in person to diverse population at public library; Use advanced web searches, online databases, and other resources to address general and in-depth reference questions; Advise on library technology, digital resources, and how to access information on personal devices; • Design and teach technology courses for patrons in classes and one-on-one appointments; Topics include information literacy, online security, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.• Develop technology-based community outreach, including video tutorials about Zoom and downloading digital magazines; Generate “tech tips” page for library website; Create presentations about online safety for senior center and continuing education organizations;
