My approach is based on the fact that learning and performance are both state dependent – meaning if you’re not in the right emotional space your ability to learn and achieve is impaired. This is why I work with the whole person in everything I do, to bring forth the very best in themselves.I have over 20 years’ leadership and consulting experience in the government sector, “for purpose” organisations (not-for-profits), and large corporates. I've held senior leadership roles at leading New Zealand financial institutions, ranging from learning, organisation development, strategy, and change management.I'm a life-long learner, holding a Master of Arts (1st Class Honours) and numerous professional qualifications in agile ways of working, change management, programme management and more. I bring a rigorous focus on the science behind all that I speak about and teach. I remain a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation having discovered it 15 years ago.
