In this role I co-facilitated the administrative duties for the studio and gallery as well as participated in the artist selection and creative direction of the residency.

Administrative assistant to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Docent Program and it's 150+ volunteer eductors, specifically coordinating logistics for docents that led adult and access tours. This included working with Guest Services for special exhibition tours and donor tours.Coordinated training and professional development logistics for the docent program, scheduling dates, booking space, and needed supplies. Responsible for communicating schedule and updates to docents and uploading tours to online system accessed by docents.Managed budgets, supplies, and behind the scenes details for program. Participated in program revamp with Learning and Interpretation team, on a task force, specifically working towards growing program, retaining docents, and providing quality tours. Additionally assisted the Learning and Interpretation Department with other gallery and program needs.
