I have been leading the clinical content team at EMGuidance, one of South Africa's largest clinical support platforms, since October 2016. With over 17 years of experience in healthcare, I oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and project management of our content unit. I have completed courses on generative AI, large language models, responsible AI, and prompt engineering, keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in this field.
