Stepping into the Zoo each morning for work is a delight. It is a beautiful place to work and I never take for granted my surrounding colleagues, the koalas, crocs, snakes and kangaroos. I meet our guests, often providing a first impression. Energy and enthusiasm is a key ingredient and I feel excited for them and the great day ahead they are guaranteed to enjoy. Primarily working in our Tours department, I can develop an itinerary unique to the group and sympathetic to individual requirements.
