This involved extensive liaison with the client’s senior management personnel up to director level, as well as expert and lay witnesses, the analysis of relevant documentation and preparation of technical documents for court.The second year was spent in the commercial department of the firm. Functions included the drafting of commercial contracts and other related documentation and researching various points of contractual and commercial law.
