• Led the implementation of a centralized mail distribution of educational and support materials to 500k National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) customers annually. This required building solutions within the existing (restrictive) NDSS CRM for procedure changes to enable necessary outputs to the service provider.• Led the development of an ongoing SMS and email campaign to 100k members of the NDSS annually. This project was the first of its kind as the NDSS was previously communicating to members strictly through direct mail campaigns.• Member of Department of Health Transition Working Group for NDSS Enhancement Project to deliver a number of IT capabilities including an NDSS Central CRM solution for operational use by Diabetes Australia and NDSS Agents.• Managed 25 staff members across four business operations teams including customer service, call centre and data processing & administration, and the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities for these cost centres.
