From my intense contacts with citizens I learn about digital illiteracy and lack of access to digital media, freedom of expression, the impasse of opposing statements, and the dilemma of letter versus spirit of the law.(ART) CRIME & PREVENTIONIn 2016, I co-founded 'Behind Enemy Minds', a security project about predictive profiling and behavior detection. I taught and advised frontline colleagues in observing and understanding deviant behavior and preparations for a criminal attack.
