I have over 20 years of experience working in complete customer care. Currently, I work as ASNT’s Customer Support Process Supervisor, providing departmental training on our AMS/CRM system, reviewing and implementing processes for the Customer Support team, empowering our team to handle customer requests without extensive transfers or escalations, ensuring mutual satisfaction of customers, stake holders and ASNT needs through issue resolution and meeting budgetary constraints while providing professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.Previously, I was a Customer Service Representative for The Burrows Co., where I cared for assigned hospitals.
