Current-Active contributor to quarterly board meetings & strategy sessions-Establish & maintain HR operations, including payroll and HR policies (benefits, vacation, time tracking, training, etc)-Maintain accounting records & prepare financial reports by: developing, managing, & maintaining client billing process (US), maintaining accounts payable, working with outside accountant, managing cashflow, and establishing, maintaining, and communicating company's financial policies-Oversee recruiting across multiple positions (admin, tutor, leadership, etc)-Hire, manage, empower, and motivate administrative support team-Optimize the employee experience by designing, developing, and managing employee onboarding program-Develop & implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs-Develop & oversee employee recognition and rewards programs-Foster employee engagement, retention, and cross-firm collaboration
