I was responsible for managing the Canadian account for our Cisco RPO. Managing up to 30 recruiters, multiple stakeholders at Cisco as well as collaboration between Randstad Sourceright internal employees globally. I was also leaned upon for recruitment strategies and ops assistance from other Account Managers within RSR.

I was an internal recruiter for Randstad and Randstad Sourceright. I was responsible for entry level to sr director level positions. Exceeding targets in Randstad's investment year was something I am very proud of!

While continuing to run a successful and busy 360 desk (sales and recruitment), I saw there was a missed opportunity in our internal staff accreditation (training) process. After going through a process with management at Randstad, we came up with a position that assisted new internal employees to pass their accreditation on the first try! I (and eventually many more) became a coach to our new employees to ensure they understood their training and more importantly understood their business.
