Developed and delivered the DNA sequencing mobile application designs by conducting user research, including user interviews and user validations with physicians and researchers at UW Medicine Fred Hutch Center, and collaborating with CEO Prof. Kay, CTO Prof. Hung and the front-end developer.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

∙Participated as a UX designer in the complete digital transformation journey from exploring through user research to implementing for Hanon Systems, a global vehicle part manufacturer. The project was recorded as the first successful digital transformation case leveraging SAP Leonardo technology.∙Led user research, design and facilitated co-creation workshop for Pegatron, a Taiwanese electronics manufacturing company.SAP Leonardo was a new digital innovation system from SAP. It delivers software and microservices that enable customers to leverage future-facing technologies like the Internet of Things, machine learning, blockchain, analytics, and Big Data.

∙Facilitated lots of Design Thinking workshops and coached participants from diverse industries in a wide range of roles; banking, healthcare, IT infrastructure, aviation, retail, automotive, government etc.

Conducted user research and developed the strategy of a new mobility service for SK telecom, the biggest telecom company in Korea. The service has grown to the TMAP (http://www.tmap.co.kr), one of the popular mobility services in Korea.

Led the consumer research project for the Kia motors company in order to renovate the consumer experience at retail stores located in North America and Europe.My key roles were:• Managed the UX design team as a lead and creative director• Conducted user research - user interviews, contextual inquiries, observations and shadow tracking • Synthesized findings throughout entire user journeys and drove ideation with key stakeholders• Built strategies of digital branding and defined the concept of user experience across omni channels

Developed the strategy for visitors' indoor journey from the phase prior to their visit through exploring and purchasing a vehicle to revisit. The project was to build a Hyundai motors' digital flagship store from which its concept has been spread to other essential cities such as Shanghai. I localize the initial concept of what Engine, a service design consulting firm, started, aligning with consumers' properties in the local market. To do that, I led a UX design and development team to implement online communication channels and offline interactive media based on the basic concept that Hyundai motors has been developed.

Designed and maintained diverse types of multi-media provide banking-related content including marketing and product information. I localized and maintained the content for the local market.

Developed the media concept of the real-time data visualization board for movie theaters.

Executed research, prototyping, and development. Tested applicable user interface on the multi-touch interface. Applied the concept of application to various use cases in a wide range of interactive ways such as wireless connection, tangible media etc.
