• Programme Office Manager for the London Congestion Charge Portfolio on the Transport for London Contract for Capita Business Services, and reporting to the Programme Director. The role and responsibilities:
• Developed a small existing Programme Office supporting the Western Extension Zone (WEZ) into a generic Programme Office to support the full Portfolio including the Low Emissions Zone (£10m budget), the Emissions.
• Developed a mobilisation plan for the extension of the existing Programme Office function with a supporting Business Case to justify additional recruitment and expenditure on hardware and software tools.
• Managed the implementation of new Programme Office tools and the extension of existing systems such as Project Server, to support new processes.
