Founded in 2014 by Liz Dimmock, Moving Ahead is a specialist award-winning mentoring and development organisation with the aim of accelerating business growth and innovation by advancing high-performance, inclusive cultures where all talent thrives. We do this by designing and delivering structured mentoring, sponsorship, and development programmes as powerful catalysts for change – unlocking human potential through transformative learning experiences. We do this by convening and connecting global organisations, campaigns and leaders to drive this mission forward. We passionately believes in the power and importance of workplaces where people are inspired to unlock their full potential. Through our programmes, we are proud to have supported over 41,000 individuals from over 477 organisations working within 43 sectors in over 70 countries.
