Responsible for pre-selling Independent Living apartments and patio homes, keeping apartments and keeping the units 100% occupied. Responsible for pre-selling each addition to the community, including new 88 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, a 50+ apartment Assisted Living Center, and two Independent Living apartment wing additions.  Successfully kept occupancy for whole facility sold at 99%

Began my career at the University in the Circulation department at Olin Library, and then transferred to the Medical School to work as a Secretary III for the Psychology department managing three research doctor’s appointments, correspondence and papers. Made a lateral move to the department of Radiology and was promoted within two months to the Education Coordinator of the Resident and Fellowship programs at the library within the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. I finished my years at the University as an Immigration Advisor for the International house, assisting the Hilltop and Medical school research laboratories with their visa employees. Reorganized the Radiology library, adding $20,000 in books and resources Attended multiple Department of Homeland Security and Immigration seminars on updated security after September 11, 2001.
