My position in R&D at Deif A/S has been focused on development of application software for their next generation of protection and power management controller for marine and offshore vessels. The company was founded by Benjamin Thomsen and Kim Hansen in parallel with their education at the Engineering College of Aarhus. The main focus of KB Technic I/S was system design and development of an automated feeding system for the Danish fur industry. A specially RFID based navigation system was designed for path finding on a diesel driven, four wheeled robot. This system was designed for high precision and survival of the rough agricultural environment.The primary work consisted of project management, system design, PCB design, hydraulic control system, embedded software, user interface and .NET based programming. Mechanical construction was performed by external partners.
