Founding a not-for-profit subsidiary of the Canadian-based Business Families Foundation, I mobilised and led the exclusive Asia-Pacific rights to provide educational resources to multi-generational family businesses on matters related to succession planning, family conflict, entitlement and others. Accountable for strategy and financial performance, I engaged with and established the brand, forged influential relationships with high private wealthy family groups as clients, and worked with the private wealth divisions of two of Australia’s big 4 banks to make Insights products available to banking customers. Other notable accomplishments include the authoring of an e-book, Women in Family Business, which continues to be shared by leaders in the sector and accepted numerous speaking and podcasting opportunities.
