Quality is the most important aspect when delivering software to customers. Why? Because quality is basically about trust and keeping the promise to the customer. That is why I have had my full career first within software testing and later software quality. I'm passionate about delivering high quality software to customers, of course within the boundaries given by the project, organization, legislation and standards. When working with software quality it is most important to understand customers expectations and ensure these are met by the software solution. Likely expectations are in different areas like feature set, nonfunctional requirements, eco system, usability, interoperability, security, maintainability, sustainability, compliance etc. Next we must ensure that these expectations are covered by various tests, and finally create alignment with stakeholders (internally and externally) regarding the release decisions. Before software quality I worked as a test manager in 3 companies giving me experience with all aspects of software testing. This including test strategy, test management, people management, project management, outsourcing of testing tasks, test automation, requirement analysis, continuous software integration as well as strategy, processes, tools and methods related to effective software testing.I have a SAFe SPC certification, a CompTIA Security+ certification and an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification. Furthermore, I have several certifications related to Jira and Confluence administration. As a person I'm systematic, dependable, trustworthy and detail oriented. I am easy to talk to and value transparency and sharing of information.Biggest influencers: Tony Robbins, Daniel Pink, Malcom Gladwell.
