At Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., the seventh-largest craft brewer in the U.S. and third-largest privately owned, I leveraged a broad skill set to drive company success beyond my formal role. My contributions included planning and managing private events that generated over $500K annually, executing large-scale experiential events that elevated brand recognition, and crafting impactful marketing content. I also led brand management efforts, developed comprehensive training via an LMS, and ensured outstanding guest experiences in one of NC’s busiest restaurants, serving up to 3,000 daily visitors. Additionally, I contributed to high-quality recruitment, building a strong, capable team.

Proven Events Manager at a James Beard Award-winning restaurant, where I led service teams and drove private event sales through strategic marketing, achieving substantial year-over-year revenue growth. Skilled in end-to-end event planning, I increased event revenue by 68% and 91% over two consecutive years. Before advancing into the Events role, I served as Assistant Manager, where I oversaw restaurant operations at the high-volume, James Beard Award-winning restaurant. In addition to daily responsibilities, I enhanced the Sherry Wine Training Program, significantly elevating guest expertise and staff education, contributing to the restaurant’s high standards of service and dining experience.

Enhanced brand visibility and engagement for the James Beard Award-winning restaurant group led by Tim and Nancy Cushman, through targeted social media campaigns, compelling storytelling, and curated event experiences. Spearheaded partner program initiatives across four distinct brand concepts (formerly housed) within NYC’s Park South Hotel, boosting brand awareness and fostering guest loyalty.

Developed and managed a client base by delivering personalized wellness solutions through product education and lifestyle coaching. Focused on promoting products that supported clients' health goals, including energy, weight management, and overall wellness, achieving consistent sales growth. Served as a Montessori Education Support Specialist, providing individualized educational support across multiple age groups, including Early Childhood and Lower Elementary. Founded and led Yellow Sun Yoga, a wellness initiative dedicated to delivering accessible, alignment-based yoga instruction.
